Clients
In their words
They sent us three villas, not thirty. We bought the second one from London, after one video call and a single visit.
The cost sheet matched the final bill to the dirham. That alone was worth it.
Faisal's team found us a Diriyah home before it reached the market, and handled every step for our family in Jeddah.
Our flat was let in nine days at the asking rent, and they still send us a report every quarter.

In Dubai, plan for roughly 7%: the 4% Land Department transfer fee, agency commission (usually 2% plus VAT) and trustee fees. In Riyadh, a 5% transaction tax applies plus brokerage.
Property worth AED 2 million or more can qualify for the UAE's 10-year Golden Visa. Saudi Arabia's Premium Residency has a real-estate track too. We confirm eligibility before you commit.

Yes. We run live video viewings, and contracts can be signed digitally or by power of attorney. Funds move through a regulated trustee office.
Payments go into a regulated escrow account and are released to the developer only as construction milestones are certified.
Every home we list passes 24 checks across title, build quality, setting and value. Most homes we are offered do not pass, which is why our list is short.
Our fee is agreed in writing before we list your home, and you see a full marketing plan first. There are no extra charges later.
